Page 5 of 8 Mary Metcalf  Mary Metcalf teaches the Meditation Courses at the Kumara Centre and assists with the Pranic Healing Courses. Also, she co-ordinates and runs the regular public healing sessions. Mary is an Advanced Pranic Healer, a Pranic Crystal Healer and is an experienced practitioner of Reiki. Mary is very gentle in her teaching; and, for the new students to meditation, her 'method' has immediate results. As a teacher's assistant for over 25 years, Mary has a wealth of experience to share with all students. In her spare time, Mary paints, practises pilates, and spends as much time as possible with her 2 grandchildren.
