Our Programs include:

Introduction Session

Kumara’s 90-minute introductory session explains in simple terms the basics of how meditation works and, also, its many benefits. Attendance at even this one session will, through the use of practical techniques, convey the ability to reduce stress levels and enhance workplace efficiency.

Stress Management through Meditation

Options of five, eight or ten weekly - 50-minute sessions. These sessions will cover the various elements of Meditation and Relaxation techniques with personal development. A broad spectrum of techniques will be shown which can be used in daily work or home life.

Ongoing Meditation Sessions

These two or four-hour workshops provide a forum for employees to learn deeper relaxation and stress reduction techniques. They can be scheduled around the workplace timetable of individual companies.

Conference & Meetings Sessions

Offering half-day and full-day rates to conduct our popular ‘Meditation Made Easy' seminars at your conference or meeting site. This program can offer instant relief during any hectic conference schedule and can be taught periodically throughout the day as a breakout session.
